| New HFCA form Update |

After 1st of April, new HFCA 1500 form should be used for insurance claim.
We are working on the update to publish new version at the end of February.
This update will include Electronic claim, and comprehensive diagnosis function.
After finishing this project, we will contact the customer by email to notify this update.
If you don\'t receive an email regarding the update, you had better contact us in March.
